My goal at First Crack Coffee is to perfect the coffee bean roasting process. It’s a delicate process that requires excellent timing. When being roasted, a small green coffee bean goes through numerous changes, in colour, smell and size, as it slowly swells to a point where it can no longer contain itself and it cracks open. Roasting too long or not long enough is what makes the difference between an average coffee and a full flavoured you beaut coffee.

We’re a Sunshine Coast boutique business bringing you delicious freshly roasted coffee using specialty beans which have been sourced from the world’s finest coffee growing regions.
Unlike supermarket coffee which could be sitting on the shelf for months, First Crack Coffee is freshly roasted in small batches to maximise flavour, aroma and taste.
Sourcing premium green beans from a leading Australian wholesaler, gives us access to diverse and unique varieties from across Central and South America, Africa and the Asia Pacific. These carefully selected beans are lovingly roasted in micro-batches, either as single origin or in specialty blends, and packaged fresh to lock in the flavour.
We have Blends and Single Origins available as whole beans or ground coffee in 250g, 500g and 1kg sizes, we guarantee you’ll find a fresh and flavoursome brew that makes your taste buds sing.
